Since their website only displays 4 articles and lacks color selection options, I messaged them on WhatsApp. They explicitly confirmed that the exact bralettes I wanted were available in my preferred colors.Instead of sending what I ordered, they shipped a completely different product in those colors. When I complained about their mistake, they refused to take responsibility and told me to pay for return shipping to exchange it. Why should I pay twice for delivery because of their error? They cannot be trusted. I am never buying from them again. Save your money and buy elsewhere.
