We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please review the following policy:

✅ Eligibility:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Please ensure all hygiene seals (if applicable) are intact.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

    • Panties

    • Bodysuits

    • Clearance items

    • Personal care or opened beauty products

🔄 How to Return or Exchange:

Contact us within 7 days at salma.rz15@gmail.com or +92 318 0468755. Mention your Order ID, the reason for return or exchange, and your preferred resolution (exchange or return) upon contact,hand the courier the item upon arrival Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll proceed with your exchange or return confirmation.

  • We currently do not offer refunds in cash or bank transfers

At Silken Intimate Fashion, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, panties, bodysuits, personal care items, and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
